The terms of business are compiled in accordance with regulations in the field of consumer protection and international codes for online and electronic business. The HELRYM online store (hereinafter referred to as the "online store") is operated by Spletna prodaja Helrym, Jan Pezdirec s.p. (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant").
The General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the visitor, user and customer and the business relationship between the Merchant and the user as a buyer of products from the online store offer.

Product offer and delivery time

The offer and stock of products may change on a daily basis due to the nature of production and online business.
All orders will be placed with the carrier (Pošta Slovenije or UPS) within 3 working days of placing the order. In the event that the order is delayed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
After placing an order with the carrier, the delivery time depends on the operation of the carrier.

Methods of payment

The merchant provides the following ways:
• bank transfer
• with payment via Paypal
• by cash on delivery (only available in Slovenia)
• payment by credit card, via the Stripe platform

Prices

All prices in the online store are in euros and do not include VAT, as the seller is not a taxable person and VAT is not required. Prices in the online store do not include shipping costs.

Purchase process

• Pre-registration is required for shopping in the online store.
• To register a new account, click the Register button.
• The customer finds the desired products on online store and add them to your shopping cart.
• The customer enters the delivery information.
• The customer chooses the method of payment.
• Review and confirm payment.

Prior to the final submission of the order, the customer can change and add the necessary information at each step or terminate the order process. After placing the order, the customer receives an email that the order has been accepted.
The Merchant reviews the order and accepts or rejects it (the buyer is notified if rejected).

Right of withdrawal, return of products

The Buyer has the right to notify the Merchant within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered products to the contact e-mail address (support@helrym.com) that he withdraws from the sales contract, without having to state the reason for such a decision. Return of purchased products to the Merchant within the deadline for withdrawal from the sales contract is considered a notice of withdrawal. The only cost borne by the user (buyer) due to the withdrawal from the sales contract is the cost of returning the products to the Merchant. Returned products must not be used. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
For returned products, the Merchant returns the amount paid to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.

A real mistake

The trader is liable for a material defect in the goods, which appears within two years of receipt of the goods. Pursuant to ZVPot, the customer can exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the trader of the defect in advance (in writing and by registered letter to the company) within two months from the day the defect was discovered. The buyer must inform the trader of the material defect in the correct manner, written in Article 37 of the ZvPot. Merchant oz. the company notifies the customer in writing after receiving the request for a material defect no later than 8 days, if it is established that the material defect is disputed.
